Shipping Policy

The order will be processed within 12 hours of payment receipt. Our shipments generally take approximately 24/48 working hours from dispatch. All orders received by 12:00 PM will be shipped on the same day, while those received after 12:00 PM will be shipped on the next working day.
Three types of shipping are available:

STANDARD (free for orders over 110€) 

PREMIUM (6 €) 

CASH ON DELIVERY (9€)

Both have the same delivery time of approximately 24/48 working hours, but the difference is that Premium insures the package during transit in case of damage or loss/theft, and you will receive 24/7 priority assistance.

Note for smaller Italian islands: for shipments to smaller islands, a surcharge of 20€ per shipment will apply. You will be contacted directly before shipping to confirm the additional amount.
