RETURNS POLICY

Opplant has a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 calendar days from the date the item was delivered to request a return.

In order to be returned, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused and in the original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is also required. If you return the item in accordance with the above, you will be entitled to a refund of the price paid for the purchase of the product being returned (shipping costs are excluded).

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return confirmation email and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for the return and unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
